To use Bravos AI, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • • Distribute offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content

  • • Reverse engineer the Service

4. Plans and Billing

Bravos AI offers different subscription plans. Prices and features are available on our pricing page.

  • • Billing is monthly or annual depending on the plan chosen
  • • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • • Renewals are automatic unless cancelled in advance
  • • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • • We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload to Bravos AI. You grant us a license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Service: Bravos AI, its code, design, brand, and technology are our exclusive property and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT:

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Bravos AI shall not be liable for:

  • • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • • Service interruptions
  • • Content generated by the chatbots (you are responsible for monitoring it)
  • • Misuse of the Service by third parties

In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Terms Modifications: We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes.

Termination: You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
