1. Introduction
Welcome to Bravos AI. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Bravos AI is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to create and deploy intelligent chatbots powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Chatbots created through the platform generate responses automatically using third-party AI models.
2. Definitions
- "Service": The Bravos AI platform and all its features, including the creation, training, and deployment of AI-powered chatbots.
- "Customer": Any person or entity that subscribes to and uses the Service to create chatbots.
- "End User": A visitor to the Customer's website who interacts with a chatbot created on Bravos AI.
- "Content": Any information, data, documents, or materials uploaded to the Service by the Customer.
- "Bot": A chatbot created through the platform.
- "Output": Any response, text, or content automatically generated by a Bot using artificial intelligence.
- "Training Data": Documents, files, URLs, and structured data (CSV, Excel) provided by the Customer to train their Bots.
3. Use of the Service
3.1 User Account
To use Bravos AI, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
- • Distribute offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content
- • Violate third-party intellectual property rights
- • Distribute malware or carry out cyberattacks
- • Reverse engineer the Service or its AI models
- • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- • Develop competing models or services using the Service's Outputs
3.3 AI-Specific Restrictions
Additionally, you agree NOT to:
- • Misrepresent AI-generated Output as exclusively human-created content with the intent to deceive
- • Use Output as the sole basis for automated decisions in sensitive cases (employment, finance, legal, medical) without adequate human oversight
- • Generate spam, disinformation, or content for electoral campaigns
- • Use the Service to provide medical diagnoses, binding legal advice, or financial advice
- • Conceal from End Users that they are interacting with an AI system
4. Artificial Intelligence and Generated Content
IMPORTANT AI NOTICE:
Chatbots created on Bravos AI use generative artificial intelligence to produce responses automatically. These responses may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or content that does not accurately reflect real events, places, people, or facts. Output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, up-to-date, or unique.
4.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we strive to provide helpful responses based on the Training Data provided by each Customer, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information generated by the chatbots. Output that appears accurate due to its level of detail may nonetheless contain material inaccuracies.
4.2 Not Professional Advice
Information provided by chatbots created on our platform does not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, tax, real estate, etc.). End Users should independently verify any information before making decisions based on it.
4.3 Customer Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for:
- • The accuracy, quality, and legality of the Training Data they provide
- • Configuring their chatbot's behavior in compliance with applicable laws
- • Applying appropriate human oversight over the chatbot's Output, performing accuracy checks and using contextual judgment
- • Informing their End Users that they are interacting with an AI system and not a human
- • Including the necessary mentions about the use of the chatbot in their own privacy policy
4.4 Data Usage for Training
Bravos AI does not use End User conversations or Customer Training Data to train or improve general-purpose AI models. Data is processed solely to provide the contracted Service. Our AI providers are subject to contractual restrictions preventing them from using Customer data to train their own models.
5. Plans and Billing
Bravos AI offers different subscription plans, including a free plan with limited features that does not require a credit card. Prices and features are available on our pricing page.
- • Billing is monthly or annual depending on the plan chosen
- • Payments are processed through Stripe (we do not store card details)
- • Renewals are automatic unless cancelled in advance
- • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
- • We reserve the right to modify prices with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the Content you upload to Bravos AI. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Output: Output generated by chatbots is not guaranteed to be unique or exclusive. It may be similar or identical to Output provided to other Customers whose Training Data contains similar information.
Our Service: Bravos AI, its code, design, brand, and technology are our exclusive property and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT:
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Bravos AI shall not be liable for:
- • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Output generated by the chatbots
- • Decisions made by Customers or End Users based on the Output
- • Loss of data or content
- • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- • Service interruptions
- • Misuse of the Service by third parties
In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications and Termination
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Terms Modifications: We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the Service at least 30 days in advance.
Termination: You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including misuse of AI features.
9. Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is publicly available. If you require a signed version, you may request one at contacto@bravos-ai.com.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the courts of England and Wales.
